Share your live location using the app. Your friends & family can see where you are, follow your journey and know when you arrive.
ALL TRIP INFO IN THE APP
You can see your driver’s name, picture, car, etc. in the app before your driver arrives. Always check the plate number before jumping in a taxi or Ride!
YOUR DRIVER IS A MESSAGE AWAY
Need to ask for help or confirm the pickup time? Use the in-app chat to contact your driver.
HELMETS ON, WORRIES GONE
If you’re riding an eScooter or eBike, always remember to wear a helmet!
GROUP SIZE MATTERS
- eBikes & eScooters: one person per vehicle - taxis & Rides: groups welcome!
PARKING DONE RIGHT
Check the map before heading out on 2-wheels to find parking at your destination. Follow parking rules & don’t block the streets or pavement!
DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE
If you’ve had a drink, book a taxi or Ride.
RIDE SMART, DRESS THE PART
Make sure to dress appropriately for the weather and temperature. And always remember to take it slow & stay safe!

You can always reject a trip or end it early if you don’t feel safe!

YOUR NUMBER STAYS PRIVATE
We never give your phone number to anyone. When you call a passenger, they’ll see a fake number that doesn’t work outside the app.
KEEP PASSENGERS IN THE LOOP
Stuck in traffic? Closed street? Call or message your passenger in the app to let them know!
RATE PASSENGERS
Rate your passengers at the end of every trip and flag any disruptive behaviour.
BLOCK UNWANTED PASSENGERS
If you’ve had a bad experience, you can block passengers so they can’t book trips with you again.
